We provide free shipping within the 48 US contiguous states. Sorry, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. gratis. Please contact for International Shipping Inquiries.


UPS or FEDEX


Used to ship smaller items for maximum speed. We process most UPS or FEDEX orders the same day, and ship out within 24 to 72 Hours. Most UPS or FEDEX orders will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment.

If any merchandise is received in damaged condition, please refuse the carton(s), and contact Customer Care immediately.

If you received the merchandise in damaged condition and the shipper has left the premises, report the damage to Customer Care immediately. Please keep the damaged item(s) in the original carton and packaging. If other items are packed with the damaged merchandise, remove all other items and hold carton for possible UPS or FEDEX inspection and/or pick up.


Truck Shipments


Used for larger or heavy items. You will be notified in advance to schedule a delivery date that works for you. Most Trucking orders will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. The trucking company will also call you to make a delivery appointment for your fireplace. Weekend deliveries are available at the customer's request but you may incur additional fees. Please contact us in advance if you require a weekend delivery.


Most truck shipments are usually curbside delivery. We recommend having some help available. White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee. Please consult the shopping cart or contact customer care.


Upon Delivery please check the number of cartons against the number specified on the truck delivery receipt. Any cartons that appear to be mutilated in any way should be opened and inspected. Please open the carton in front of the driver if you suspect any damage.


If any carton appears to have been opened and resealed, it must be noted on the freight bill as a shortage. All notations regarding damage or shortage must be made on the delivery sheet and signed by the Driver before you sign the receipt. Insist that an inspection report be made and notify us immediately of the damage claim.

If damage is not noted upon delivery, your claim may not be fully honored. Please notify Customer Care immediately.
